Chakra clearing and realignment refers to a practice aimed at clearing blockages, restoring the flow of energy, and bringing harmony to the body's seven main chakras. Chakras are believed to be energy centers located along the spine in various spiritual and healing traditions. These energy centers are associated with different physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of well-being. During the session I will use a combination of Reiki, Sound Healing and Crystals.

Chakra Clearing involves techniques that aim to clear energy blockages or imbalances in these chakras. These blockages might arise from stress, trauma, negative emotions, or physical illness, which can prevent the energy from flowing freely.

Chakra Alignment involves restoring the natural flow of energy throughout the chakra system, ensuring that each chakra is neither overactive nor underactive. A balanced chakra system is thought to lead to better physical health, emotional stability, and spiritual harmony.

What to expect during a session?

During the Session- You will lay on the massage table fully clothed while I use a various type of techniques, such as guided meditation, crystals, or sound, to focus on each chakra.

Sensations- As your chakras are cleared and aligned, you might feel shifts in energy, warmth, or emotional releases. You may become more aware of areas in your body or mind that feel blocked.

After the Session- A sense of lightness or increased energy is common. You might notice improved mood or clarity in your thoughts, along with a deeper connection to your intuition.

Frequency Recommendations- Depending on your lifestyle, if you are constantly around chaotic environments, more frequent sessions will help. If you fell at peace and centered then 1 session a month might be enough.
