What to expect during a Sound Healing (Sound Bath)?

During the Session- You’ll usually lie down comfortably while the practitioner plays various instruments, like singing bowls, gongs, or chimes.

Sensations- The vibrations of the sound can create a deep sense of relaxation. You might feel the sounds resonating in your body, leading to emotional or physical releases.

After the Session- You may leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and more attuned to your emotions. It’s not uncommon to feel inspired or gain insights during or after the session.
